LUKA specializes in the designing and manufacturing of spiral bevel
and hypoid gears, gearboxes for agricultural machines and other branches of industry. The
company uses all basic manufacturing technologies applied in the engineering industry.

TECHNOLOGIES
The basic technologies applied in the company are based on the abrasive machining process
(machining) and ensure an independent execution of the production program. Due to the specialization
of the production, the company develops mainly initial and finishing gear treatment technologies
as well as gear power unit assembly technologies.

In the interests of safety and satisfaction of our customers, we continuously assess and
improve the quality of our products.
A comprehensive approach to meet clients expectations is accomplished through the maintenance
and improvement of the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2000 as well as the introduction
of modern measuring methods and measuring equipment.
As a result of many years of experience in the designing of bevel gears, we are able to
train machine tool operators by ourselves. The management and training staff of LUKA create
an outstanding scientific team from the Department of Automobile and Heavy Machinery Engineering
of Warsaw University of Technology specializing on the bevel gear and hypoid gearing technology.
